Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality restoration work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your restored furniture. We will:
- Review your concerns with you in detail
- Inspect the work performed
- Make necessary corrections at no additional cost
- Offer alternative solutions if corrections are not possible
Workshop Cancellations
Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans can change. Our workshop cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or credit toward future workshop
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Credit toward future workshop only
- No-shows: No refund or credit
Cancellation by Exclusiveaunique
In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a full refund of your payment
- We will offer priority registration for the next available session
- You may choose to receive credit for future services instead of a refund
Restoration Service Refunds
Due to the nature of custom restoration work, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However:
- If we cannot complete the work as agreed, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid
- If you decide to cancel before work begins, deposits are refundable minus any consultation or materials costs already incurred
- We will always communicate clearly about any issues that arise during the restoration process
Warranty on Work
All restoration work performed by Exclusiveaunique comes with a 90-day warranty covering:
- Workmanship defects
- Finish failures under normal use
- Structural repairs that we have performed
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.

- Describe the issue and your preferred resolution
- We will respond within 2 business days
